I had been in Roblin before, researching another trip that we ended up not taking. We shop at Safeway, so we knew where the Roblin office was. I have booked a few trips on-line and after the confusion, hassles and time-wasting I'm quite happy to pay a small service fee for knowledgeable, connected professionals to take care of things for me — and save me money.
